Instructions
Pull ear slightly upwards and backwards and carefully insert the earplug into ear canal ensuring insertion is not too deep.
To remove the earplug, gently twist and pull the earplug. Rapid removal may cause damage to the eardrum.
Always ensure earplugs are clean before use. Ear plugs are reusable if washed and dried thoroughly before.
